The shipping time wasnt very long. The product is excellent. Best headlight i have ever owned.as soon as i can afford to i will order another for a back up and also a handheld light , maybe the MH-12. Ive owned a few Surefire flashlights which are garbage........ive owned a dozen expensive streamlights over the last 10 years......along with to many other cheaper lights to even recall....such as Coast, Coleman, Ozark Trail, Energizer, Rayovac, Maglight, Pelican, Craftsman.......the list goes on and on. As far as quaility goes the nitecore are one of the very best. They are also among the brightest.

Good headlamp, only problem is that the button to turn it on is apparently super easy to press because multiple times I've put this in my bag only to get to my destination with the batteries dead because it got turned on inside my bag

I ordered the HC30 in neutral white as I use it on the trails mostly. This is a fantastic light with wonderful tint. The brightness is what one would expect from an 1000lm light. I find the lumen spacing to be absolutely perfect for my needs, and the 1lm setting is excellent for reading a book or map. The headband is extremely comfortable and is adjustable for a wide variety of head sizes. The UI is simple and easy to use. If you're looking for a headlamp look no further!

I bought the headlamp up and running, because I find the concept without battery tank interesting and not really wanted to believe that the lamp is to achieve 1000 lumens. It actually sounds too good to be true, so my curiosity was piqued. That same evening arrival I had to examine their paces into the woods and the lamp. I've used over the years some headlights, even in the higher price segment, but this is yet again an entirely different house number. Not only the brightness, but the overall impression is correct. This starts with the high-quality processing of the case, goes beyond the supple ongoing thread of the cap, the lubricated sealing rings, the lens ring centered employed on the water resistance up to tight head holder made of silicon, on which you can adjust the angle of the lamp. In short, the lamp has convinced me.

I'm a Tow Truck Operator for over 25 years. Recently out on a recovery with workers form the electricity company. I asked them, What kind of headlamps are you guys using? I was shown the HC30 and its cool features. I have used a variety of lighting sources on and off the job and have had bad experiences with them all. So, I recently went online and purchased me the: Nitecore, HC30, headlamp. Im going on a few nights of use, without any charge of the battery (because I forgot to order the charger). However, this mini flashlight/ head lamp works awesome! And I have had many compliments thus far from law enforcment. Also, the selections of batteries are significant, and trust me, they have an impressive life span. Still, most intriguing is the lighting that comes from within this small well crafted headlamp. In all, I would like to thank Nitecore, for the well manufactured HC30 headlamp. Look no more and get your, dependable headlamp / highly recommend at Nitecore.

Lights up the world like a BOSS. Seriously hardcore lumens on this bad boy. Really robust and brutally tough, feels mil-spec. I've used it in just about all weather conditions and this thing keeps kicking like a BOSS. Super powerful performance. Materials and design are in a league of their own. If you're serious about flashlights, this is the one to get.

Havent had a ton of time to test. First impression , great headband. Really cool lightweight flash light. Now as far as the light goes. You have to get use to indexing the button. I stick to same brands for this reason and i am outside of the brand with this one. So give it time. Brightness is great.Probably use med. And low modes the most. Now the operation of the modes needs to be simplified! I have to think before i operate to but it bluntly. My only minor issue and less then 1/2 a star but its not a option for 4 1/2 stars is the mounting area. Great idea just not executed 100% . its a very soft flexible rubbish material. Kinda wish it was a tad stiffer..or maybe a snug clip like base that hugs the body with a plastic backing plate..Other models have it so not unthinkable. But i would buy this item again. I now i know its place in my use of my gear.

I would much prefer a solid red beam as I would imagine most people would, the flashlight has multiple up and down settings that makes it a great working light as well as a walking light, easy battery access and on/off switch acts as the adjustment for luminous settings, a great price and a decent product

Just buy it already. Excellent ergonomics throughout. Everything is crafted to perection. Plenty of modes and the brightness is just SURREAL. It's like walking around with a portable sun, this thing is sick. Incredibly tough and rugged design for outdoor use but works just as well as everyday carry and/or home use. Lightweight but still tough enough for anything. Also fully waterproof. Crazy crazy good headlamp.

I�m an auto mechanic and I�ve worn this headlamp everyday almost constantly for over a year now without any issues whatsoever other than having worn out the headband due to sweat and grease. I love how the light rotates to any angle allowing me to see from different positions. I use brightness level 2 which is adequate for all repair tasks and gives excellent battery life without excessive heat. I�m very happy to be able to purchase a replacement headband. I would�ve ordered the bracket also had I known it was available just because mine is slightly weakened from oil/grease but still works fine.

I dropped the headlamp a few times and found no apparent damages. Waterproof as advertised. The only thing is that the throw is not as far as advertised and it doesn't light up the surrounding area as much as other headlamp. Overall I am quite happy but for the price I paid, I wish I had bought something else.

Super bright, long runtimes, wide beam. Came with a headstrap and a pocket clip , can be used as headlamp or a flashlight. Has mode memory and fast acces to turbo and stobe. Moonlight is very low.

I bought the hc30 headlamp. It works great.it is the brightest light i have used. It is a lot smaller than what the picture makes it look like online. It is really light weight. I am a very through buyer. I would be surprised if you found another that you liked better.

Very small and powerfull. Many cheap ones what i have tried makes headache but this one is so light so it is almost unnoticeable. Can be used as normal flashlight, because band is removable.
